Do you have what it takes to win the International Education Week Soccer (called “football” in most other countries) Tournament? Take part in the world’s favorite pastime and play against other Tommies and ELS students to see which country will prevail.
Open to all undergraduate and graduate students, staff and faculty, the competition will take place from noon to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, in O’Shaughnessy Stadium.
Champions of the tournament will win a prize; water and hot chocolate will be provided. Not the next David Beckham? Come out and cheer for the players instead.
Teams will consist of seven or eight people. Sign up as a team or as an individual to be placed on a team. Email the team roster or your name to Alex Hamel by Friday, Nov. 2. Team names and uniforms are encouraged.
