The University of St. Thomas Bookstore will host its annual Grad Fest on Wednesday and Thursday, April 18 and 19, for all seniors who will participate in the spring commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 19. Grad Fest will be celebrated from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Bookstore atrium.
Seniors will be able to pick up their cap, gown and tassels along with five free graduation announcements during this time. Students who are unable to attend Grad Fest can pick up their cap and gown in the Bookstore during regular store hours starting Monday, April 23.

Senior Class Gift – your legacy to future students
In addition, the Senior Class Gift Committee will be present asking for contributions for this year’s Senior Class Gift – a scholarship for future seniors with emergency financial needs. Cash, checks and credit card gifts will be accepted. The committee has set a goal of 70 percent participation. Stop by the committee’s table, make a donation and get a free pair of senior monogrammed sunglasses.
Avoid disappointment: Make sure you qualify for the graduation ceremony
Students should check the Commencement website for an up-to-date list of all students who have been approved to graduate. Click on the “Undergraduate” page then scroll down to “Participation List.” The list is updated every Monday. If your name does not appear on the master list, check with the Registrar’s Office to determine what information is needed in order to qualify for participation in the ceremony.
