What better time than January to get started on those New Year’s resolutions? The Leadership Academy has classes scheduled this week (and later this month)  to help you meet your goals for 2011.

Classes this month include:

• Jump Start Your Metabolism will be held on Thursday, Jan. 13. Participants will learn how eating real foods in balance can help them lose weight and eliminate cravings. This class is for anyone who wants to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. 
• Learn how to save a life in 2011. American Red Cross Adult CPR is scheduled on Monday, Jan. 10.
• Infant and Child CPR is scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 27. Learn to perform CPR and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies.
