Banner, other network computing outages planned for Sunday

Information Resources and Technologies will be conducting upgrades to several central systems this Sunday, Feb. 21. The Banner system, in particular, will be down from 6 a.m. through 7 p.m. as a necessary upgrade is installed.
In addition to Banner, all other central university technology resources may be affected while necessary servers are replaced, upgrades are installed and routine maintenance is conducted between 6 a.m. and noon. Although the work is targeted at specific components of the central systems, the following UST resources also may experience intermittent interruptions on Sunday:
- BlackBerry Enterprise Service (BES)
- Exchange ActivSync (EAS)
- MailMarshal
- Lyris
- Blackboard
- UST Web
- Collage
- RFS
- Optix
- R25 and Event Viewer
- Courseweb
- ReportNet
- Appworx
- Cognos
- Murphy Online
- NetID
- Breeze / Adobe Connect
- Library databases
