Valentine’s Day is Sunday, which means it’s time for the Wellness Center’s annual Heart Hunt! This fun scavenger hunt will get you out on campus searching for the hidden heart that is somewhere on the UST campus. Everyday the Wellness Center will give a clue in Bulletin Today and the Wellness Center Web site, along with a daily healthy relationship tip.
The student who finds the heart (and brings it to the Wellness Center) wins an “Ultimate Valentine’s Package.” The package, includes:

Clue No. 1: Every healthy relationship needs nurturing, opportunities, respect, trust and honesty. The first clue to find the heart is hidden within these words.
Healthy Relationship Tip No. 1: Healthy and happy relationships are willing to grow and change together. This open and trusting relationship doesn’t happen overnight because two people need time to grow together. Over time the two will be willing to communicate honestly about things they find important as they learn about each other, to respect their differences, and to confide in each other.
To say, “This is who I am, and you knew who I was when you met me,” is really saying, “I don’t plan on learning anything from you or from our relationship no matter what we discover.” As people we are constantly evolving. In a healthy relationship, we have both the motivation and support of our partner to work on aspects of our life that we want to improve.
