Open-session interview schedule announced for chief academic officer candidates
Dates, times and locations for open-session interviews have been announced for the three finalists for the University of St. Thomas executive vice president and chief academic officer position.
All members of the St. Thomas community are invited to attend the open interviews.
The three finalists selected by a search committee are Dr. Susan Huber, interim executive vice president and chief academic officer at St. Thomas; Dr. Mary Ellen Beadle, until recently the provost and academic vice president at Assumption College in Massachusetts; and Dr. Kenneth Porada, provost at Dominican University of California.
It is expected that a new executive vice president and chief academic officer will be selected in April and start here on July 1.
The new executive vice president and chief academic officer will fill the position formerly held by Dr. Thomas Rochon, who left St. Thomas last July to become president of Ithaca College in New York.
