STAR announces free fitness class Oct. 7
Looking for a way to stay in shape? Join STAR for a free fitness class at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, in the third-floor gym of O’Shaughnessy Hall.
A personal trainer will lead this workout for the entire body, combining strength and cardio. Bring your tennis shoes and water bottle and come ready for a challenge.
Classes also will be offered on Tuesdays, Nov. 4 and Dec. 2.
