Wellness Center offers ‘Getting Started With Weights’ class for women
Want to increase your lean body mass and increase your metabolism? Register for "Getting Started With Weights," a beginning weight-lifting class for female faculty and staff.
Associate Athletic Director JoAnn Andregg will show you the importance of training with weights while practicing with small dumbbells to improve strength, increase metabolic rate and transform physique.
E-mail the Wellness Center by Monday, April 2, to register for this class. Space is limited to the first 20 participants to register.
