Service Center joins 96th annual Little Red Stocking campaign

From the Service Center

Every year at Christmas time the Service Center takes up a collection and makes donations to charities in need. This year all of the Service Center areas are teaming up with the Children’s Home Society and Family Services’ 96th Annual Little Red Stocking campaign.

We hope to collect large quantities (up to 150 of each) of the following three different youth items:

• Hair ties, binders, clips
• Yo-yos
• Wallets for boys and girls

A scratch-off game has been designed and printed by Service Center staff. Each person who brings in an item for the Little Red Stocking receives a scratch-off game card – every player is a winner!

Among the donated rewards will be these coupons:

• Trotter’s Cafe
• Subway
• Haskell’s Liquors
• Scooter’s
• The Grill
• Food for Thought
• Thomas Liquors
• Old Country Buffet in Highland Park

Here are your gift drop off locations:

• Campus Mail Services, (UST Post Office) in Murray-Herrick Campus Center
• Print Inc. in Murray-Herrick Campus Center
• Minneapolis Service Center in Terrence Murphy Hall
• St. Paul Service Center on the St. Paul south campus
