Each year the Office of Admissions asks faculty members to assist in the recruitment process by volunteering for the Faculty Phonathon. The phonathon connects faculty members with prospective students who have an interest in their area of expertise.
This personal contact from a faculty member lends a true picture for prospective students and parents of what it’s like to be a student on the UST campus. In many cases, the faculty contact impacts a student’s decision to come to St. Thomas. Not only does this call demonstrate the caring nature of our faculty, but it also helps the Admissions Office recruitment efforts.
The Office of Admissions would like to thank those who volunteered for the Jan. 13 and 14 sessions: John Abraham, Susan Alexander, Ron Bennett, Rebecca Bilek, Joan Cady Brownstein, Dan Carey, Jayna Ditty, Phyllis Dykhuizen, Lake Dziengel, Kendra Garrett, Jean Giebenhain, Matthews Grant, Christopher Greene, Steve Hatting, Jeffrey Jalkio, Meg Wilkes Karraker, Susan Marsnik, Shelly Ann Moorman, Dwight Nelson, Charlotte Ovechka, Peter Parilla, Richard Rexeisen, Thomas Rochon, Michael Scham, Ashley Shams, John VanIngen, and Heekyung Youn.
