The UST Non-Exempt Staff Council presents the annual Constituents’ Meeting from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 8, on both campuses — in Room 305, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center, and telecast to Room LL09, Terrence Murphy Hall.

Featured will be:

• Terrence O’Connor, vice president for finance and administration, on hand for questions and answers
• Free pizza and pop
• Door prize
• Open forum

O’Connor has been with UST since July 2000. The departments that report directly to him are: Physical Plant, Auxiliary Services, Human Resources, Business Office, Procurement Services, Controller’s Office, Gainey Conference Center, Minneapolis campus Administrative Services and the Treasury Office.

Some of O’Connor’s duties include overseeing the university’s annual budget process, review and approval of employee fringe benefits, real estate and parking policies.
