Accounting firms to hold on-campus interviews

Career Services offers the following opportunities for accounting students:
- RSM McGladrey will hold on-campus interviews on Wednesday, Oct. 4. Résumés are due at an information session from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, in Room 302, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center.
McGladrey is looking for staff accountants, both full-time and intern, to provide audit, accounting and tax services to a variety of client organizations. The firm desires candidates with a 3.0 GPA but will consider school involvement and activities.
- Lund Koehler Cox Arkema will hold on-campus interviews on Thursday, Oct. 5. Résumés are due today, Sept. 25, in Career Services. When you submit your résumé, sign up for an interview time. Interviews are available on a first-come, first-served basis until schedules are full. Please bring an unofficial transcript to your interview.
The firm is looking for entry-level staff accountants. Their projects will range from SEC client audit engagements to tax services for owner-managed businesses. Gain experience in audit, tax and consulting and develop an area of emphasis after about two years. Audit experience includes SEC audits, reviews, compilations and due diligence engagements. Tax services include corporate, partnership, not-for-profit, fiduciary and individual returns. Consulting services will include software installation, business forecasting and strategic planning.
