• Career Services announces job and internship interviews

    Job and internship interviews will be held for these positions:

    Summer internship

    Norwest-Wells Fargo — March and April. Bank representatives will review applications and contact students individually to schedule interviews at an off-campus location. Gain valuable work experience, demonstrate skills and prepare for regular employment. There are a variety of summer-intern positions available, ranging from entry to professional level. The interns will be invited to various events to network and learn more about the organization. Job-description packets and applications are available in Career Services, Room 350, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.

    Qualifications: The applicant must be an undergraduate with proper immigration authorization for continued employment.

    Commercial banking analyst

    US Bank — Wednesday, March 29. Bank representatives will review applications and Career Services will contact students individually to schedule interviews in the center, Room 350, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. The commercial banking analyst will support one or more relationship managers and will be exposed to all major facets of commercial banking for middle-market and large-corporate clients. The desirable candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and team skills, strong analytical skills, a high energy level and a commitment to excellence.

    Qualifications: The candidate must be an undergraduate U.S. citizen majoring in accounting or finance.

    Internships in travel

    BI Performance Services. Company representatives will review applications and contact students individually to schedule interviews at an off-campus location. BI’s Travel Division designs and implements travel incentive programs and meetings. Interns will be given a complete training program, as well as a formal performance review process. Many of BI’s interns have been hired as full-time associates. Current internships are available in travel communications, program management, the Travel Service Center and as travel consultants (group air management). Selected candidates will be invited to a group interview and have the opportunity to meet individually with representatives from the Travel Division’s various departments at its Edina location.
