The deadline for the university’s spring 2000 Calendar of Public Events is Monday, Dec. 13.

The printed version of this publication, which lists public events on campus from February through May 2000, is delivered to 5,000 university neighbors, about 5,000 parents of undergraduate students and about 500 friends of the university.

Any information you send also will be included in the online Bulletin Today events calendar. New events are listed in the online calendar at any time, but if you wish to have your event publicized in the printed version as well, please be mindful of the Dec. 13 deadline.

Please send details about events that you or your department, committee or organization will sponsor to Pat Sirek in University Relations via e-mail to pjsirek@stthomas.edu, by regular mail to Mail #508, or deliver them to Room 503B, Loras Hall.

Be sure to include the following information:

• Event title
• Date and time
• Event location
• Event description
• Cost and payment information (if needed)
• Registration information (if any)
• Phone number for further information
• E-mail address for further information
• Event type (speaker, exhibit, film, theater, music, seminar, for senior citizens, special event, information session)
• Event sponsor
• Your name
• Your department
• Your phone
• Your e-mail address
