It is the policy of the University of St. Thomas for instructors to issue midterm grades for undergraduate students so that they know how they are progressing in their courses. Midterm grade mailers should be distributed to students’ campus mailboxes or at their local addresses no later than Friday, Nov. 5.

Here are some things you should know about midterm grades:

• Midterm grades are not issued for ACTC exchange courses
• A grade of “NR” (no record) is issued if the instructor has no criteria for evaluation at midterm
• Midterm grades are not posted to the transcript
• Midterm grades will not be available on the Web or by telephone; the only record of midterm trades is the grade report sent to students

All questions about midterm grades should be directed to the instructor of the course.
