Abstract
The intent of this study was to explore effective strategies to extend and incorporate Orff Schulwerk into the children’s school liturgy. Specific areas of study include: defining current best practices for Catholic music educators, outlining the benefits of incorporating Orff Schulwerk into the liturgy, determining practical techniques and applications for rehearsal and liturgical settings, offering considerations for successful implementation, and providing age-appropriate arrangements for the developing musician.
