Lessons in Performance Practices for the Intermediate Piano Student

This lecture-recital offers teachers of intermediate students a resource for deeper understanding of performance practices within the Baroque, Romantic, Impressionist, and Modern eras by focusing on specific pieces from Domenico Scarlatti, Frederic Chopin, (Achilles-) Claude Debussy, and Kirsten Broberg. Performance practices as well as biographical and stylistic characteristics are considered.
