High School Honor Band Festival

All events will take place in the Anderson Student Center located on the corner of Summit and Cretin Avenues.  Rehearsals and the 7:30 p.m. evening concert will be held in the James B. Woulfe Alumni Hall, 3rd Floor Anderson Student Center.

Parking

Hourly parking payable by cash or credit card is available in the Anderson Parking Facility, located on the corner of Cretin and Grand Avenues. If paying with cash, please take your ticket with you when you leave your vehicle. Upon returning to your vehicle, you will first go to the automated pay station located in the stair lobby of the parking ramp. If paying with credit card, you may swipe your card upon entering and exiting the ramp. Read more about Visitor Parking Options.  

Student Participant Information

  • Registration is $10/student
  • Lunch and dinner will be provided for all participants
  • Your attendance at all rehearsals is required
  • Please be certain to prepare all parts prior to your arrival on campus
  • Please bring a folding music stand
  • Concert dress will be semi-formal: shirt and tie or jacket and tie for men and knee-length (or longer) dress/skirt or dress pants and top for women

10:00 - Rehearsal/Sectionals with St. Thomas Studio Instructors
12:00 - Lunch (provided)/Preparing for College Presentation
1:30   - Rehearsal
3:15   - Break
3:30   - Rehearsal
5:00   - Dinner (provided)/Sound Check
7:00   - Dress for Concert
