Stephen Morgan was a Dean's list graduate of the University of Maimi where he received a degree in Studio Music and Jazz. While there, he studied with Randall Dollahan, Whit Sidner, Gary Campbell and Ron Miller (composition). In addtion, he has attended the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago and the UNiversity of Neveda-Las Vegas. WHile in Las Vegas, Stephen performed with the POinter Sisters, Mac Davis, Robert Goulet, Joan Rivers and numerous others.A solid Blues as well as Jazz performer, Steve has also performed with Captain Jack Mac Duff, Son Seals, The Brothers Lewis, Steve Cropper, The Memphis Horns, and many others. As an educator, Steve has been the advanced curriculum coordinator at several institutions. Mr. Morgan is also very active in in the string instrument industry having worked for Hamer Guitars, Oscar Schmidt, and Washburn International. A fine luthier, he has built and repaired guitars for Johnny Lang, Lawrence Juber, Nuno Bettencourt and many others.
