Oboe and English horn soloist Rachel Brudnoy was a scholarship winner at the Berkshire Music School-Tangelwood and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.  She has performed with ballet companies such as the American Ballet Theatre, Joffrey, Bolshoi, San Francisco and Norwegen Ballet Companies, and many theatrical productions.  She has performed, recorded and been featured as a soloist with the Minnesota Orchestra and has performed with many other orchestras and chamber ensembles including the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, the Minnesota Woodwind Quintet and The Center, St. Paul and Minnesota Opera companies.  Along with many classical albums, she has also played on jazz, pop, new age and rock albums, including a "greatest hits" album from Prince.  Currently she is featured on two albums from Full Harmonic Media Group entitled The Winds of Christmastide, Vol. 1 and Vol. 2.  She is an adjunct professor of oboe at Hamline University, the University of St. Thomas and the College of St. Catherine's and serves on the Board of Directors of the Twin Cities Musician's Union.
