Leigh Ann Garner teaches elementary classroom music at Kennedy Elementary School in Hastings, Minnesota. She is co-author of Music and Movement, a music curriculum for children ages 1-5. In addition to her duties as director of the Kodály Institute at the University of St. Thomas, Leigh Ann teaches undergraduate elementary music methods at St. Thomas. She holds an M.A. in Music Education from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in Vocal Music Education from St. Olaf College. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of St. Thomas.
