Randall Davidson teaches courses in music business and leads the MuBu program at UST which includes working with students on their internships and acting as faculty advisor for the UST chapter of the Music & Entertainment Industry Student Association (MEISA). Mr. Davidson is an active composer, publisher, and producer with many works receiving performances throughout North America. Most recently, he has had a number of performances of a work he co-created with Garrison Keillor, The Young Lutheran's Guide to the Orchestra. For the past seventeen years, Mr. Davidson has hosted the Schubert Club's Courtroom Concert Series in downtown St. Paul -- the best classical music value in the Twin Cities. He is also a professional cellist and works regularly with a string quartet in live performances and on recording projects. Each autumn for the past 25 years, Mr. Davidson dresses up as a Renaissance geek and harasses audiences while performing authentic viol consort music at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival. |
