Northwest Airlines is the official travel provider for the 20th Annual Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity. Because Minnesota is the home of Northwest Airlines, Forum participants can get direct flights from more than 200 cities.
Northwest Airlines offers online check-in, including the ability to print your boarding pass from your home or office up to 24 hours before your departure. In addition, at many airports, Northwest offers e-ticket kiosks for fast check-in.
When booking your ticket go to www.nwa.com, click on Travel E-Cert, go to the pull down menu at the bottom and enter the Forum WorldFile Numbers--NYVCG--in the appropriate place before submitting your search.
You may also call NWA reservations agents at 800-328-1111. This line is staffed Monday through Friday 7AM - 6:30PM Central time.

Book Your Domestic U.S. Flight
Use the Ticket Designator - NYVCG - to purchase your U.S. domestic tickets online.
- Your negotiated discount will be applied to available fares. Individual and meeting planner ticket purchasers should click here to search for and book flights (travel agents should click here).
- Individuals and meeting planners - under the Deals and News column and the Flights tab, click on "NWA Discount Travel E-Cert Redemption" which is located at the bottom. On the Flight Search screen click "Login" and enter your WorldPerks number, or continue as a Guest. Complete the Flight Search section and navigate to the bottom.
- At the bottom you will see "Do you have an E-Cert Fare, electronic voucher or meeting agreement? Select type (i.e. meeting agreement (WorldFile Number) and then enter the Multicultural Forum WorldFile number - NYVCG - in the Meeting WorldFile Number box and complete your transaction.
- Please note that all NWA/KLM policies apply to these fares. The discount may not be available for every ticket. For assistance, call NWA at 1-800-328-1111.
Ground Transportation
SuperShuttle Minneapolis/St. Paul offers convenient airport shuttle service to and from Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport (Lindbergh Terminal and Humphrey Terminal).
Tips for SuperShuttle Shared-Ride Van Service
Reservations are not necessary for arrival into Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.
- Claim your luggage.
- At Lindbergh Terminal: Proceed to the lower level (follow signs to ground transportation), and continue to follow the signs upstairs to the Scheduled Van/Hotel Shuttle Van loading area. The SuperShuttle Guest Service Desk is well marked and located near the center of the shuttle area. Please check in with the Guest Service Agent.
- At Humphrey Terminal: Please locate the Hotel Shuttle Courtesy Phone located near baggage claim. A SuperShuttle dispatcher will direct you the Ground Transportation Area to meet the van. Note: SuperShuttle does not automatically stop at the Humphrey Terminal. Please call them for transportation upon arrival. You will be able to pay the driver directly on board the van.
- The rate is $13.00 per person one-way to the Crowne Plaza Hotel and the St. Paul Hotel or other hotels in downtown St. Paul; and $24.00 per person for a roundtrip, offered at shuttle desk only upon arrival. Guests will receive a $2.00 discount off the return trip when the return trip ticket is purchased at the airport ticket counter. Group rates are available for parties of 10 arriving together at $80.00 per van for those groups arriving or returning as a whole group.. Exclusive vans are dedicated for only your group (10 passengers), and will not make any other stops.

They are located in the heart of the St. Paul business and entertainment district overlooking the Mississippi River and within walking distance to the RiverCentre complex via skyway or underground tunnel. Reserve your room by the designated cutoff date above, to receive the conference discount rate (single or double). Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
