Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

Diversity and inclusion are endlessly discussed and heatedly debated. Change--both here and around the world--is the only constant. While the benefits of a diverse society are innumerable, such changes also bring questions, tensions and a need for resources to help companies and individuals fulfill the promise of an equitable work environment.

The Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity provides training to business, government and nonprofit leaders and employees to keep them in step with the evolving definition of equality in the workplace.  Hosted by the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas and the National Black MBA Association-Twin Cities Chapter, the Forum is designed for professionals who realize that diversity—in its many forms—is key to successful recruitment, increased employee retention and stronger competitive advantage.

By becoming a sponsor of the 21st Annual Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity, you will partner in an event that reaches more than 2500 individuals. Sponsorship will increase your organization’s visibility and serve as further testament to its commitment to diversity. Each level provides a variety of complimentary attendance and recognition opportunities.
