The Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity is one of the largest diversity and inclusion conferences in the country. Presented by the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas in partnership with the Twin Cities Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, the Forum attracts local attendance as well as national participation.
The purpose of the Forum is to provide a compelling learning experience fostering business and thought leadership in workplace diversity and inclusion. The Opus College of Business mission of educating highly principled global leaders informs and supports the Forum’s goal of providing high-quality educational content. Because education is our primary focus, we keep our costs low to allow our diversity and inclusion message to reach small and mid-sized companies, government organizations, nonprofit organizations and major national and global corporations.
Over the past 22 years, the Forum has grown from a small teleconference with 75 attendees to a two-day conference with more than 2,500 participants. Despite the recent economic challenges, the support of our sponsors and attendees continues to grow, establishing the Forum as the diversity and inclusion conference to attend.
By becoming a sponsor of the 22nd Annual Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity, you will partner in an event that reaches more than 2500 individuals. Sponsorship will increase your organization’s visibility and serve as further testament to its commitment to diversity. Each level provides a variety of complimentary attendance and recognition opportunities.
