Carlton brings to the table a pedigree of success in corporate change management, sustainable culture change and in positioning diversity and inclusion as business assets. As Chief Diversity Officer at Waste Management, he led a renaissance of how the senior team incorporated diversity and inclusion into a bottom-line corporate culture.

At Allstate and PricewaterhouseCoopers, he created frameworks for diverse employee populations to succeed while achieving strategic business goals. Nationally recognized for his expertise, Carlton is often sought out as a spokesperson for diversity and inclusion issues, with his opinions appearing in national media and professional journals. Finally, Carlton has been a key player in assisting True Blue Inclusion clients and other Fortune companies and organizations in building strategically relevant solutions right for their culture.

Carlton is a native of New York City and holds degrees in Inner City Studies and Economics from the City University of New York. He is a former United States Marine and Veteran.
