About Shanequa Williams
Shanequa Williams is a Human Capital Business Partner with Select Comfort Corporation, The Sleep Number Bed Company based in Minneapolis, MN. Her Sleep Number Setting® is a 35! In her current role she provides human capital leadership to a number of business units at the headquarters location where she is responsible for organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development to note a few. In addition, she is leading the organization’s diversity and inclusion strategy which includes a newly formed, Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina – Moore School of Business and a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.
