About Maria White, M. Ed.
Maria was born in Havana, Cuba, immigrated to the United States with her family when she was four-years-old, and speaks both Spanish and English. In her 30+ years of business experience, she has worked for both Fortune 50 companies and consulting firms.
In her role as Legacy Business Cultures Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, Maria is creating a new and exciting curriculum focused on integrating Legacy’s neuroscience approach with the latest and most effective culture change processes.
Maria began her career in 1980, with the Procter and Gamble Co. in the field sales organization. Her ten year career with P&G included roles in Sales, Promotions, and Marketing Management. During her five years at RR Donnelley & Sons, Maria became the Vice-President of Human Resources for Donnelley Logistics and led the cultural integration for two acquisitions. During this time she also led a business strategy team, and was a critical member of one of the most successful turn-around teams in Donnelley history. Maria joined the Legacy team in early 2013, following 15+ years in Diversity & Inclusion consulting.
Maria holds a Masters in Education in Counseling from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Toledo.
