About Greg Warren

Greg Warren serves as Vice President of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Walmart.  In this role he is responsible for the creation and implementation of diversity & inclusion strategies and develops and sustains inclusion education. Greg also leads the world’s largest retailer in diversity communications and the direction of Associate Resource Groups.

Prior to taking on this role, Greg was the VP, Creative Marketing for Wal-Mart in the US where he oversaw advertising, media, and in-store communications. In this role, he leveraged his experience in design, advertising, and media to define Walmart’s ‘voice’ to the customer across all touch points. Prior to that, Greg worked agency-side for MediaVest, Leo Burnett, and Landor Associates where he helped build brands for market leaders including Walmart, Frito-Lay, Kellogg’s, Capital One, and Procter & Gamble.
