About Rosalyn Taylor O'Neale, M.S.S.W.

Rosalyn Taylor O’Neale, Senior Consultant at Cook Ross, has more than 20 years experience leading the diversity and inclusion efforts of businesses and organizations in over 25 countries.

As a trainer, consultant and coach, she designs global diversity and inclusion strategic initiatives and provides leadership and team development and cultural assessments for Multinationals, Fortune 500 and mid-sized financial, technology, healthcare, manufacturing and consumer products industries. Additionally she lends her expertise and thought leadership to non-profit, educational institutions, foundations and public sector organizations.

From 2008-2012 she served as Vice President, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at the Campbell Soup Company where she was instrumental in Campbell winning the 2010 Catalyst Award. She led their international diversity and inclusion business efforts in North American, Australia and Europe.

Previously, Rosalyn was EVP Diversity Initiatives for MTV Network where she established Executive Networks, Global Diversity Councils and the Executive Development Program. From 1990-2002 she was CEO of Barnes O’Neale & Associates.  She has been quoted in Black Enterprise Magazine, Harvard Business Review and is the author of “Seven Keys To Success: Unlocking The Passion For Diversity”.

Rosalyn holds a MSSW from the University of Louisville.  She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
