About Vivian L. Tanniehill, PHR, CSSR
Vivian L. Tanniehill, PHR, CSSR, joined HealthEast as director of talent acquisition July 2008. In her current role Tanniehill is responsible for leading the organization’s workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts in support of HealthEast becoming the “First Choice for Employees.”
Previously, Tanniehill worked for Regions Hospital as manager of workforce planning and recruitment and for Northwest Airlines where she served as manager of diversity programs during the last ten of her thirty years with the airline.
