About Gerardo Soula
Gerardo is the Functional HR Leader for the Global HR Function at Cargill. Prior to his current role he was the Human Resources Leader for Cargill in Latin America. During his career with Cargill, he played various functional and business HR roles in Latin America, North America and Europe. Gerardo was born in Argentina and he also has a Spanish citizenship. Grandson of French, Spanish and Italian immigrants, he lived and worked in 5 different countries, speaks 3 languages, and during his professional career he led and coach teams in more than 20 countries around the world.
