About Arthur Scott
Arthur A. Scott has over 30 years in the financial services industry, with multiple top tier bank holding companies and most recently was the Treasury Management and Global Trade line of business Executive for Regions Financial Corporation, a large U.S. bank-holding company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. During his tenure, Scott led the division to record sales production growth during one of the most challenging economic periods in decades.
Prior to his post at Regions, Scott was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Wachovia Treasury Services in Charlotte, N.C., successfully leading offshoring and outsourcing initiatives, the project management office, data analytics, and division administration among many other responsibilities. Scott also served as Senior Vice President and Senior Strategist for Mellon Lab and Online Services for Mellon Financial Corporation in Pittsburgh, Pa. He spent his earlier career with Bank of America in numerous leadership positions spanning many aspects of Treasury Management and Strategic Technology.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He is a long time member of the Association of Finance Professionals and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). Scott is an avid runner and marathoner.
