Joseph Santana is a well-known global diversity and inclusion speaker, coach, and consultant. He’s worked with some of the most admired companies in the world, including Accenture, AARP, Arup, BAE Systems, Biogen, Navigant, Siemens, United Technologies, and Volkswagen.
Joe’s unique and highly effective approach is the result of his broad background, including running a profitable NYC-based, $48 million dollar-a-year, 300-employee business and leading a national training and organizational development team. In his last corporate role as Siemens’ first Diversity Officer, he applied these skills as the architect of their rapidly successful 65,000 USA employee practice. His accomplishments include launching a national governance organization, creating and implementing a diversity-and-inclusion sustainability model, and establishing a platform that enabled the company to grow over 60 employee resource groups, 3 national networks, and 11 diversity councils..
