Ms. Rubin is the Refinery Superintendent for the Dry Operations at the Cargill Salt facility in Newark California. She has been with Cargill for 5 years now and joined the Salt team back in April of 2011. Prior to this she worked for Cargill Regional Beef in Guelph Ontario Canada.
