About Danielle Robinson
Danielle is currently Director, Diversity and Early Career at Diageo. Danielle has more than 21 years of experience in domestic and global human resources covering the consumer goods, entertainment and pharmaceutical industries. Danielle is a Board Member of the Black Executive Exchange Program through the Urban League, as well as a member of the Connecticut Jackie Robinson Selection Committee. She is also a member of the SHRM Diversity Standards Advisory Council who are developing Standards in the field of Diversity. She has published articles in Savoy Magazine, including Getting the ROI of Diversity Conferences, 2008. She lectures all across the United States at conferences and universities on Diversity and Inclusion management within Corporations. Danielle has an undergraduate degree in Communication from Rutgers University and a Masters Degree in Corporate Communication from Seton Hall University. She also has a Doctorate degree in Public Administration from Warren National University.
