About Sara Phillips
Sara Phillips joined Travelers in October 2007 and is currently a Diversity Consultant with Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion. Sara is responsible for supporting the execution of Travelers diversity strategy, which includes managing the Diversity Speaks series, project manager for the Appreciating Differences diversity education program and managing the diversity content for company’s intranet, external website and other internal communication vehicles. She also consults with field offices, working with the site leadership, human resources and diversity committees to promote and enhance local diversity and inclusion efforts. Prior to her current role, Sara worked as an HR Analyst with Compensation department at Travelers in addition to working with the Human Resources SVP in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for Business Insurance and enterprise HR. Sara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from State University of New York (SUNY) Binghamton and a masters of psychology degree from University of Hartford.
