About Linda Palumbo
Linda’s 28 year career at 3M includes eleven years of experience working directly with mentoring programs. Linda currently manages three corporately sponsored mentoring programs including; executive conference diversity mentoring, executive conference group mentoring and new employee group mentoring programs. Linda provides global consultation on mentoring strategies and programs for 3M client organizations. She has also developed many of the tools, resources and training to support 3M's mentoring initiatives.
