About Jessica Palmer-Denig

Jessica Palmer-Denig is a Trial Attorney in the Minneapolis Area Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she litigates actions in federal court to enforce equal employment opportunity laws.  Prior to joining the EEOC in 2009, Jessica worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Donovan W. Frank of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.  From 2003 until 2008, Jessica was an Assistant Attorney General with the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, where she practiced in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy, and civil commitment, and served as the Manager of the Residential Utilities Division and Co-Manager of the Consumer Division.  From 2000 until 2003, Jessica worked as an Associate in the Banking Department and Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group at the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP.  Jessica also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Muehlen Maring of the North Dakota Supreme Court from 1999 to 2000.  Jessica is a 1999 graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
