About Shannon Murphy Robinson

Shannon Murphy Robinson and Mary Casey are Co-Founders of BrainSkills@Work.  Mary and Shannon each bring over 15 years of expertise in leadership development, with a specialty in diversity and inclusion and intercultural management training.  Working with companies such as Deloitte, Medtronic, Microsoft, PNC Bank, PepsiCo International and others, they have successfully created and implemented large scale global and domestic training initiatives.
They've combined their expertise in diversity and inclusion and leadership development with neuroscience, and recently achieved Advanced Certification as NeuroBusiness coaches at Harvard with Dr. Srini Pillay,  a Harvard medical school professor, and CEO of NeuroBusiness Group.  Shannon and Mary have since been invited by Dr. Pillay to be Strategic Partners and subject matter experts on diversity and inclusion and women's leadership for the NeuroBusiness Group.
BrainSkills@Work applies neuroscience to improve leader’s ability to make effective behavior change and improve performance.  In particular, applying neuroscience to access transformational thinking, creativity, innovation and managing change, engagement, inclusion and complexity. Their upcoming book on neuroscience and leadership will be out in late 2012.
