About Shannon Murphy Robinson

Shannon Murphy Robinson, M.A., brings over 15 years of experience working with leaders to implement large scale, complex change management initiatives so she knows how to execute results.  She brings a wealth of experience in diversity and inclusion, executive leadership development and cultural competency, successfully partnering with clients such as Deloitte, Deluxe, AT&T, Mayo Clinic and Intel. Her expertise in both the intercultural and diversity fields has allowed her to help clients achieve a global presence that reaches their business objectives.  Shannon has successfully led the creation and implementation of diversity programs globally, designed multi-year strategic global training initiatives, executing results and managing affiliates across three continents. She knows what it is like to take a message and get it to translate across lines, across cultures, and ultimately, end with execution. Shannon holds an M.A. in International Communication, with an emphasis on organizational development and leadership training, from American University’s School of International Service, in Washington, D.C. Shannon’s infectious style, warm candor and authenticity have made her a favorite speaker at international conferences.
