About Dr. Greg McLaughlin

Dr. Greg McLaughlin is Vice President, Research and Development at Global Targeting. Greg brings a broad set of research and practical expertise on Innovation strategy, deployment and lasting success.  As an analyst, researcher and technology executive Greg helped design and develop innovative products, processes and systems. His educational achievements include a Doctorate in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science degree in Statistics from the Florida State University and an undergraduate degree in Meteorology from the Florida State University. Greg was Director of Doctoral Research at Nova Southeastern University. In 2009, Greg was instrumental in creating an innovative dissertation and courseroom process for the Doctor of Business Administration program at Capella University enabling learners to graduate in 12 quarters. Greg is one of only a few Senior Master Black Belts in Six Sigma, having consulted in this discipline for 15 years. He remains active in the American Society for Quality, the American Statistical Association and International Association for Outsourcing Professionals. He has authored numerous publications and training manuals including the book, “Total Quality in Research and Development.”
