About Damu McCoy
Damu is the director of Talent Acquisition at Target. Damu leads the headquarters experienced and campus recruiting teams who are responsible for bringing the best talent to Target.
Damu began his career at Target in 1994 as a business analyst. Since that time, he has held numerous positions, including regional manager in Field Talent Acquisition, senior group manager in Merchandising Process and System Development, senior buyer in Consumables, buyer in Electronics, and various Merchandise Planning positions.
Damu received his bachelor’s degree from Wittenburg University.
