About Kyle Lundby, Ph.D.

Kyle Lundby is principal, Global Aspect Human Capital Advisors. In his work, Kyle assists global organizations in the assessment and development of global leaders, coaches expatriates before, during and after international assignments, and he assists leadership teams in interpreting and responding to organization-wide employee engagement and culture surveys. He has worked with such notable firms as Rolls Royce, Mondelez International, HSBC, Roche, Unilever, Bank of America and Foster’s Beer. Prior to Global Aspect, he held senior positions with several of the best-known providers of human capital solutions, including Valtera Corporation, Kenexa, and Gantz Wiley Research. During a recent three-year expatriate assignment, he lived in Hong Kong and worked with senior executive teams to implement large-scale OD efforts across industries, cultures and countries. He is a thought leader, having authored numerous pieces and editor of the SIOP Professional Practice Series volume, Going Global: Practical Applications and Recommendations for HR and OD Professionals in the Global Workplace (Jossey-Bass, 2010). He is passionate about the need for organizational leaders to be globally savvy, and continues converse on the topic of global leadership success factors.  Dr. Lundby holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee and a M.S. from San Diego State University.
