About Celeste Krueger, Ed.S.

Celeste Krueger is a seasoned leader, strategist and social entrepreneur with more than 25 years’ experience helping individuals and organizations develop sustainable strategies that support innovative solutions for complex, systemic problems.

She is also Senior Partner at LEAP Collaborative, LLC, a leadership and creativity forum hosted with her business partner Jim Alabiso. LEAP partners with top flight innovators in a variety of fields and disciplines to catalyze and support positive change in communities, organizations and systems; places where people are ready to build bold, sustainable solutions through cutting edge collaborative practices.

In recent years, Celeste served as executive director of OneJax Institute, an interfaith organization that promotes respect and understanding among people of different races, religions, cultures, and beliefs. In that context she led OneJax through significant restructuring and growth while maintaining a full slate of diversity, cross-cultural and interfaith forums and initiatives. The legacy of that work remains -  OneJax continues to encourage voices of reason and respect to step forward in our public square.

Celeste earned a Masters Specialist Degree in Counselor Education from the University of North Florida, is a certified Outdoor Educator with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), and has studied for ten years with poet, author and Zen practitioner, Natalie Goldberg.
