Diane Krieman is an Inclusive Diversity Sr. Manager at Allstate. Prior to that, she was a Senior Talent and Emerging Workforce Consultant in Aon Hewitt’s Talent and Rewards Consulting Practice located in Lincolnshire, IL. She has 21 years of talent management and organization development experience including 6 years focused on Diversity and Inclusion.
She has been certified as an Intercultural Development Inventory coach by Dr. Mitch Hammer to provide guidance to leaders regarding their level of cross-cultural competence. She has spoken externally on the topics of Diversity and Inclusion, Linking Engagement to Diversity and Inclusion and on Generational Differences.
Diane has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology
