About Angela Jones, Vice President, Human Resources

Angela is responsible for developing and executČing a comprehensive strategy for talent management and diversity and inclusion at ConAgra Foods. This role has enabled Angela to shape the culture internal and external to the company by championing initiatives which impact the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent, to build workforce capability, and to enhance community relationships in a way that supports corporate social responsibility while buildČing loyal customers of strong brands which include Healthy Choice®, Hebrew National®, Hunt’s®, Marie Callendar’s®, Orville Redenbacher’s®, and Alexia®.

In her 25-year career, Angela has held director of operations, plant manager and other supply chain leadership positions with P&L responsibility at The Clorox Company and Procter & Gamble while providing leadership for culture transformation initiatives including establishing high performance work teams, business process reengineering and lean manufacturing.

Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and MBA from Georgia Tech, and is on track to receive her Doctorate in Business from Georgia State University in the summer of 2013.
