About Dr. Sarah Johnson
Dr. Sarah Johnson is Global Practice Leader at CEB Valtera. She joined CEB Valtera in 2004 after nearly 20 years experience managing global survey programs at Eastman Kodak, IBM, and Procter & Gamble. She has served on the board of the Mayflower Group survey consortium and was a founder of the Information Technology Survey Group employee survey consortium. Since joining CEB Valtera, Sarah has lead many large scale multinational survey projects including Comcast, GE, amazon.com, Staples, McDonald’s, Vale, and Xerox Corporation. Her consulting work with senior leaders has taken her from Finland to Brazil, and she is an expert on interpreting survey data from diverse workforces. Sarah has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is a popular speaker at professional conferences in the area of Employee Engagement, implementing change from employee surveys and survey research. She contributed chapters to Dr. Allen Kraut’s book “Getting Action from Organizational Surveys” Jossey-Bass (2006), as well as to Kraut’s 1996 book “Organizational Surveys”, also published by Jossey-Bass. Sarah received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Purdue University and she holds an MA and PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from The Ohio State University.
