About Tiffany Jana

Tiffany Jana has directed organizational development, marketing, and community outreach initiatives for over 10 years.

She has worked with companies and clients including the YMCA, NASCAR, Lean Cuisine, TIME Magazine, XM Radio, Nextel, the Virginia Lottery, the University of Richmond and the Smithsonian Institute. Tiffany’s leadership in community building work was recognized in the Wall Street Journal. She recently project managed the ‘Race:Are We So Different?’ national touring exhibit at the Science Museum of Virginia. The TMI team helped curate and populate exhibits, academic panel discussions, a speaker series, a series of cultural festivals to complement the exhibit, and a series of facilitated dialogues for corporate and nonprofit work groups. Tiffany enjoys designing and facilitating discussions, meetings, and initiatives that help individuals, communities and organizations identify goals and communicate effectively across any demographic divide. She speaks Spanish and German, and is a doctoral candidate in Management and Organizational Leadership.
