About Cal Jackson

Cal Jackson is the Owner of Diversity Inclusion Ventures and a certified NTL Diversity Practitioner.  After 5 years as a television news reporter, Cal served as a press secretary for the mayor of Atlanta and later began his journey through corporate at MCI and Prudential.  He also produces documentaries and corporate diversity videos for his education modules.   Cal began his career in Cultural Competency Education with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida in 2004.

Cal is most known in the Diversity and Inclusion community for his design, development and delivery of engaging and thought-provoking cultural competence workshops.  Topics include generations, gender, lookism, self-awareness, discrimination, bias, classism and the cultural competence of managers.
